I have been working in partnership with the Terra Vista team as a homeowners board member and board president for nearly 8 years.
Bill and his team have always exceeded my expectations by being responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. They are able to professionally deal with both homeowners and contractors working on our property. By doing so, they have been able to efficiently facilitate several major multi year maintenance projects at our site.
I have been especially pleased that they are able to deal with both the normal as well as unique challenges that come their way in a manner that leads to quick resolution.
I am so pleased with Terra Vista management company. I have been volunteering with my HOA for a few years now and Terra Vista has been reliable when everything is going well- but also dedicated when questions and issues come up at our complex meetings and are quick in getting them resolved- a great local company! A++
I can’t thank them enough!
I have been a home owner at Pacific Sands complex in Marina CA since more than a year ago. Within this time, I have been dealing with the Terra Vista HOA Association on a regular basis and I have found them to be incredibly helpful, genuine in their assistance to the homeowners and in some cases, have gone over and beyond their means to accomplish a task for the homeowners.
I have specifically worked with Andrea before and most recently with Ariel and they have been very prompt with their responses and diligent in accomplishing tasks. They have certainly exceeded my expectations.
I am very grateful and hope that such professional relationship continues in the future.
